1. Who We Are

PPD Compass is a product of Apple to AI Evolve Your Strategy LLC ("A2A"), a North Carolina limited liability company. References to "we," "us," or "our" in this policy refer to A2A operating as PPD Compass. We provide a behavioral navigation platform — including the Compass AI tool, the PPD assessment, and associated coaching resources — for neurodivergent adults, empaths, HSPs, therapists, and executive coaches.

Our website is located at www.ppdcompass.me. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at [email protected].

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

  • Contact and enquiry data — name, email address, and message content submitted through our contact form or by emailing us directly.
  • Waitlist and early-access data — email address and any optional information submitted when joining the waitlist.
  • Account data — if you create an account to access Compass AI, we collect your email address and authentication credentials.
  • Session and usage data — anonymised analytics about how pages are visited (page views, session duration, referral source) via our analytics provider. No personally identifiable information is attached to these records.

We do not collect sensitive health or clinical data through this website. Compass AI conversations are used solely to provide the service and are not shared with third parties for advertising or profiling purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to enquiries and provide the services you request.
  • Send you updates about PPD Compass, including early-access notifications, if you have opted in.
  • Improve the website and Compass AI tool based on aggregated usage patterns.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (EEA / UK Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Contractual necessity — to provide the services you have requested.
  • Legitimate interests — to improve our services and communicate with you about relevant updates, where this does not override your rights.
  • Consent — for marketing communications, where you have explicitly opted in.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to understand how visitors interact with our website. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymised — we do not use it to identify individual users.

You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some functionality of the site.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Contact and enquiry data is retained for up to 3 years. Waitlist data is retained until the waitlist is closed or you unsubscribe. Account data is retained until you request deletion.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but take reasonable precautions to protect your data.

8. Third-Party Services

We use a limited number of trusted third-party services to operate the platform, including authentication providers and cloud infrastructure. These providers are contractually bound to process your data only on our behalf and in accordance with this policy. We do not use third-party advertising networks or data brokers.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion — request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
  • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Portability — request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Withdrawal of consent — withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

10. Children's Privacy

PPD Compass is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
