Terms of Service

By accessing or using PPD Compass and its associated tools, including Compass AI (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including individuals accessing the Service through a coaching or therapeutic partnership arrangement.

PPD Compass provides AI-assisted tools designed to support neurodivergent individuals, executives, and their professional support networks (including therapists and coaches). The Service includes:

• The PPD (People Pattern Detector) awareness framework
• PPD Genesis — an origins and pattern-decoding module
• PPD Compass AI — a real-time orientation and stabilisation tool
• Executive activation tools and coaching frameworks
• Partnership and white-label services for therapists and coaches

The Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. PPD Compass is a coaching and self-awareness tool, not a clinical or therapeutic service.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified mental health professional or emergency services immediately. Nothing in the Service constitutes medical advice, and no practitioner-patient or therapist-client relationship is formed through use of the Service.

Certain features of the Service require account creation via Manus OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Access to gated features (including Compass AI) may be subject to eligibility requirements, waitlist status, or partnership arrangements. PPD Compass reserves the right to grant, restrict, or revoke access at its discretion.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Transmit harmful, abusive, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Service content without written permission
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without an active partnership agreement

All content, frameworks, methodologies, branding, and materials available through the Service — including the PPD framework, Compass AI, and associated tools — are the intellectual property of PPD Compass and its creators. All rights are reserved.

You may not reproduce, republish, or commercialise any part of the Service without prior written consent. Coaches and therapists operating under a partnership agreement are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use designated materials within the scope of that agreement.

Therapists, coaches, and organisations wishing to integrate PPD Compass tools into their practice must enter into a separate partnership agreement. Use of PPD Compass frameworks, branding, or tools in a commercial or client-facing context without such an agreement is not permitted.

Individual access to Compass AI is subject to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are stated in USD unless otherwise indicated. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase with a description of your concern.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. PPD Compass does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PPD Compass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services. PPD Compass is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

PPD Compass reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes via the website or email where applicable.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Apple to AI Evolve Your Strategy LLC ("A2A") is the legal entity operating PPD Compass and all associated services.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance, and thereafter through the appropriate state or federal courts located in North Carolina. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
